This process may involve submitting a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC verification is complete.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

We enforce a strict minor protection policy. If an account holder is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on 1xb. Violating these terms may result in your bet being voided.

Bet Types & Limits

• The minimum bet amount is 10 BDT and the maximum varies depending on the event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the "Cash Out" option is available.
• Odds in live betting are variable and update in real time.
• If an event is cancelled, all related bets will be automatically voided and funds returned.
• 1xb reserves the right to void any bet where odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

Result Settlement

All bet outcomes are settled based on the official results of the relevant sporting event. In the event of any dispute, 1xb's decision shall be final.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 1xb. We are committed to ensuring fast and secure payments.

Withdrawal Terms

• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used at the time of deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xb. Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in permanent account closure and potential forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Participation in match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Using automated bots or software to exploit the betting system.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Using another person's account or transferring your account to someone else.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

1xb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If an account is opened using false information or fails KYC verification.
• Evidence of suspicious betting patterns or fraudulent activity.
• When required by legal or regulatory authorities.

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you.
